1 series The 1 Series is a small family car launched in Autumn 2004 in Europe, is the only rear wheel drive vehicle of its class. A BMW 1 Series coupé has been announced for late 2007, and there are concepts developed for a hatchback and a minivan. |

5 series A middle-size luxury car / executive car BMW 5 series is available with different engines: the 525i with the same engine as the 325i, the 530i with the same engine as the 330i, and the 545i with a 4.4 L V8 producing 325 hp. |

X5 series The BMW X5 (E53) is a middle-size luxury crossover SUV produced by BMW since 2000. It features four wheel drive and a line of straight-6 and V8 engines and for non-US models there is a 3.0 L diesel engine. |
