The new E60 and E61 BMW 5-Series appeared in January, 2007 with the new front and rear bumpers, renewed front headlights and taillights adding a new LED technology. The interior recieved an interesting touch too.

BMW 520i acquired a new enginein 2008. Its now a 4 cylinder 2.0L replacingthe R6 2.2 l.  BMW is now starting to sell diesel versions  in the USA.

BMW lately launched a new M5 Touring , but it will not be officially sold in the USA.
